Refund Policy


We accept returns of defective merchandise only within 20 days of the delivery date.

Please email for a return authorization code before returning or exchanging items. we cannot issue refunds or exchanges without this code.

Customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the customer is returning the defected items. Tabbisocks is not responsible for return shipping costs or duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. 

we recommend insuring any return packages, we cannot issue a refund on items damaged or lost during shipping.

We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.
